For J.C 6/8 Phombum - Haunted Sphynx Cat Vessel | Egyptian Spirit Animal | Highly Magical Fire Elemental Being | Protection & Success -Needs Loving Home

Within this beautiful vintage-antique, hand painted heirloom footed bowl, resides the precious soul of Phombum, known as a male Sphynx spirit, and Highly Magical, Fire Elemental Being. Phombum came to me 8 years ago as a family heirloom spirit, in a much treasured family heirloom vessel that belonged to my great grandmother, my granny Irina’s mother - reflecting just how treasured Phombum was.🥹🙏🏻

If you’re not very familiar with Sphynx spirits, Phombum’s origins can be traced to the sacred traditions of ancient Egypt, where Sphynx spirits were held in the highest regard for their immense protective abilities and honoured as Sacred or Divine beings.🥹

According to the notes left behind by my granny, Sphynx spirits were closely connected to the sun god Ra and were considered among the most powerful guardian spirits known in the Ancient Egyptian occult.  Witches and ancient Priests actually reserved these spirits as the companions of sacred, royal people such as the Pharaoh whom they will look after during their lives, and sometimes, death journeys. She further recorded that upon the death of a Pharaoh, one or sometimes two Sphynx statues would be raised to serve as vessels for these loyal guardians, allowing them to accompany their keeper into the afterlife - provided the Pharaoh chose not to release them from service beforehand.🙏🏻 My granny followed a different path, however, granting her own Sphynx companions their freedom as a final act of gratitude for their devoted service some time before her passing.🥹

But Phombum’s story, unfortunately began in the last part of my granny’s life, and her work with him did not get to end as she intended, for this special soul still required care, patience and research.🥹

The reason for this, is because Phombum had no memory in the absolute, about his existence, powers or origin.🤷‍♀️

In her notes, my granny’s said that this is the cutest story of a rescue she’s ever experienced, because it was uncalled for, not protested and uncontested by her rather large arsenal of spirits in her family.🤭

Their journey together happened, as previously mentioned, in the last part of my granny’s life as per her notes - when she knew her human experience will come to an end, before it even happened. As her body weakened, and her energies faded, she had come to realise that one of her most treasured heirloom pieces was inhabited by what she initially thought was just confused a stray cat spirit.🤷‍♀️

She allowed this “stray cat” to come and go as it pleased, though instead of this footed bowl, she gave it a similar bowl that she bought just for it - as she actually planned on gifting this among other things to my mother (preferably not spirited). 

However, she had soon discovered that the cat’s presence insisted to attach itself to this particular one, and obviously amused, she just let it be.🤭

Though as it turned out, the moment she had fully presented no resistance to the spirit with regard to his attachment to this particular vessel, the cat’s form shifted, became more distinct, more unique, and more..recognisable. More naturally revealed, perhaps in gratitude.🤷‍♀️🥹

My granny Irina’s notes say she instantly recognised Phombum’s form as a Sphynx but upon attempting communication, and in trying to find out what exactly is such soul doing there, why did it chose to come and to confirm its kind - she didn’t get anything other than his name, as for everything else, he only answered “I don’t know”.

My granny had lots of experiences with Spirit, and could absolutely tell when a soul was genuinely confused, so she gave lots of time, care and dedication into his research, even if he came with nothing much but his presence in her life.🙏🏻

He did not seem to carry any intention other than just being by her side, and so she took it upon herself to try and help him find more about himself.🥹

According to her notes, Sphynx spirits are highly sought after by practitioners of the Occult, and they’re also rare. But what is even more rare is a male Sphynx cat, especially one with no memories whatsoever.😅

But if he was with her, she said, she figured he was released from serving another, as these beings are known as some of the most powerful and loyal Multitasking Serving spirits. They are also Immortal, and incorruptible - no Witch or other spirit can override their Magic, or even cross their defense boundaries to reach their keeper, so she fully trusted that he came with no other agenda - especially as he confirmed to her that he would like to stay and be of service to her, in whatever he can do, that was needed.🤷‍♀️

What most moved her in this case, was also the fact that he had no memory, not even those of his own abilities, and yet Phombum clearly wanted to serve her however he could, my granny shared.😭

But throughout time, after many more of his manifestations, both at home and in service, she could tell he was making a come back, in a profound way - in the sense that it all led to one thing. His purpose. Because first of all she realised he had one, even though he just couldn’t tell anything, for lack of information.🤷‍♀️

She then asked her other Sphynxes if they knew of him, if they could give her anything they knew could have happened in his situation, and what his purpose actually is. And while they also confirmed he was a Sphynx, they couldn’t tap into his energies and tell more as it was “forbidden” when it came to their kind. The only thing she got was that she needed to “travel”, and find a certain Priestess spirit, who will tell her more. My granny said she did exactly as told, and upon running into various different realms in search for her, for an entire year, she finally managed to find her. And she asked about Phombum. 🙏🏻

The Priestess told her he was to go sometime after her departure, and once he’s found his rightful place, he’ll get back all of his memories and missing powers, as apparently Phombum belonged to a different species of Sphynx, called “Gumman Sphynx”.

This particular kind is similar though not the same with the more popular Sphynxes, because they only fully serve the “children of the blue Flame”.🤷‍♀️🙏🏻

My granny Irina said she knew of their kind’s existence, however she never got one in her keep, and wasn’t very familiar at the time.

According to my granny, Gumman Sphynxes will never be complete, will never recover their full memories, and will never be in their full strength until they are united with a Blue Flame child. And it is only a Blue Flame Child that could even hear a Gumman Sphynx’s calling, even if they don’t yet know who they are, as of yet - because this connection is based on a deep energetic level, and not mental, my granny said.🙏🏻

My granny Irina wasn’t one, and I am not one either, so we didn’t get to the full depth of what this soul truly is, but even so, we have managed to experience Phombum plenty, individually.🥰

And we have loved what we saw, to bits!🙏🏻

Presence wise, just as my granny had noted - he truly is one very involved soul, even if he still doesn’t know the full extent of his abilities. You can always see him trying to ask and offer his service when he sees you struggling with things, worried about something, or spaced out, hurt and confused. I had lots of beautiful memories and experiences with him throughout time, and I’ve even had him warm up my room to unbearable heat levels in winter when I said I was cold, during one of my travels to Australia😂 He of course did not really know how much is too much, and he apologised like a million ways and times afterwards, even long after😱🤭

There was one particular experience where through such simple thing, he touched me so deeply I will never forget.

It was a random day in Malaysia where me and my ex husband disagreed about keeping my parrot, Simba out of the cage. I thought it was horrible to keep him only in the cage as my ex husband wanted, simply because he would bite people if they approached him! I mean I knew my baby, and if you’ll ignore him, he will not even approach you, let alone bite you. I thought Koon was childish, all of this clearly stemmed from his reaction where he tried to touch and Simba bit him few times. And when I told him this, he got pissed at me for saying it as it was, and so he went out the door telling me not to wait for him to get back “tonight”.😓

He usually done this many times, and I knew where to find him, I knew every single property he owned so I trusted him to sleep in one, as before. But each time it actually happened I worried he will leave me somehow. I would begin to overthink that he will meet his single friends, hang out with those “entertainment girls” I knew they would, and just like that, he’d find someone else. This was the most repetitive thought pattern I had, as I recall but of course there were plenty others, all unpleasant, all scary and all made me cry to death!😓

As he left through the door, I went back up, tended to my children and then took a shower and tried to sleep, though my tears would return no matter what I did, and I just wouldn’t fall asleep. Seeing this and thinking is a good thing that would make me happy, suddenly Phombum came to my bedside and said “Dute unde a dus mutu iapa”!

I asked “what?” - as I wasn’t sure I heard it right, and he repeated “Dute unde a dus mutu iapa” “Koon, not you”.😱 

In direct translation it means “Go wherever the mute brought the mare!” and then he said he heard my granny tell my grandpa whenever he pissed her off (which I clearly remember) though I haven’t heard this in so long! 😆 And by this, she meant go wherever no one knows, because a “mute” person, won’t even be able to tell, where he left the mare - or something like that.🤷‍♀️ And while Romanian people will understand this, it isn’t much used, as it’s such an old saying!😅 But, oh, the things he brought up while saying this to me, and how he touched me🥹 He basically turned all my sadness and despair into pure joy, remembering this and some of my most fun moments with my granny🥰 And instead of sleeping, or crying, I stayed up all night with Phombum talking and sharing about her, how fun she was when pissed, how cute she was when teasing us, and how fierce she was when she had to be working, especially in battling with offensive spells sent onto her clients by their enemies.🥹

Phombum said she intimidated even demons, when she’d align them all and “manned them up” before a fight back!😂

And I can totally say she was just like this🤭

Now, it is no secret that all Sphynx spirits possess immense loyalty, devotion wisdom and protective abilities, and Phombum is no exception in this sense. 

As mentioned earlier, Phombum is an exceptionally powerful spirit and a being of the Fire Element. Gumman Sphynxes are  renowned for their steadfast loyalty, remarkable protective abilities, and their talents for helping their destined keepers achieve success in many areas of life. So Phombum’s gifts extend across a broad spectrum of manifestation work, making him a highly versatile and valued Multitasking companion.

One can clearly see especially considering he does not yet possess the memories of his origin and abilities - that he keeps himself as dedicated and involved, even when he wasn’t actually destined for either me or my granny.🥹🙏🏻

My grandmother Irina, said that upon noting his generous will to stay involved, she frequently called upon Phombum for assistance in matters ranging from improving well-being, ensuring success in manifestations, healing and protection to advanced Magical works like permanent portal closures, spiritual battles, and even bypassing or disarming some of the most intricate and challenging protection works so that her spells could reach the targets.

So regardless of his current state of being, through his unwavering dedication and extraordinary powers, Phombum has played a meaningful role in helping my granny’s works, proving his effectiveness not only as a Highly Magical serving spirit, but also as a spirit of advanced manifestation.🙏🏻

And beyond the many tangible gifts that Phombum can bring to his keeper, he is also known to possess formidable spiritual defensive abilities. Sphinx spirits have long been regarded as natural wardens against unwanted magical influences, with a reputation for creating powerful barriers against all energies that do not belong within their keeper’s space.🙅‍♀️

So as part of his inherent nature, Phombum’s mere presence and energies establishes strong protective wards around both his keeper and their environment, helping to prevent intrusive spiritual workings and unwelcome magical interference from taking hold. These protective forces are considered one of the defining traits of all Sphinx spirits including his kind, making these unique beings some of the most highly valued companions for those needing an absolute spiritual, anti-magical shield and peace of mind. 🙏🏻

To work with a spirit like Phombum, all you need to do is ask if he would like to assist you, directly, and presenting to him your goal - what you look into achieving. And is good to know that he can work on his own, or alongside you, or your spiritual team ( if you already have one ). Unlike my other Sphynx companions, he needs not have a petition written down or anything of the sort, just simple, plain direct communication where you can tell him both your problems and preferred outcomes as they best fit your situation. As with all Sphynx spirits, he will also empower the energies of your own works, so if you’re a practicing Witch, you may certainly place his vessel by your spell work and he will see to it that he empowers and ensures the success of your spells under any category.

However, and this is important - my granny mentioned that the best way to work with him is when one truly needs it, that is when his full fledged power comes in. That potential that he doesn’t even yet know he has. This comes instinctually with him, especially now, before having his full memories.🙏🏻 In other words if you truly need Magical intervention, and you’re helpless any other way you’d go around the problem, you’ll be noting just how powerfully and quickly he will manifest things for you!😱 This is not to say his Magic doesn’t function for things you want, but if you Need them, that’s when he’ll blow your mind!🥰

To keep this soul happy, all he needs is to be trusted and involved in your intentions goals, your dreams and life as a whole. So for example if you have absolutely nothing to work with him on, just greeting him, regarding him will be more than enough.🥹

More importantly my granny said, he requires patience, a will to understand and time for him to actually recover all of the things that lay dormant within him all this time, which we don’t even know for how long.🙏🏻 As such, he should not be forced to “show off”, to “suddenly remember” or to reveal anything he has not yet become.🤷‍♀️ If you’ll accept him as he comes, and regard him as best as you can - naturally over time he may remember, and everything he will recall, he will either be it, or share it with you, as me and my granny have experienced.🥹 On this occasion I would also like to share that as he confirmed to me he is to move on, he said that he will “never forget my kindness and my grandmother’s, in trusting and supporting him during this time when he had no one else and needed a loving home” - further showing how much he had appreciated our care and patience with him.🙏🏻

On another note, my granny Irina noted he particularly enjoyed the scent of saffron infusions, as she offered for her other Sphynxes in the beginning, as such this was the basic offering for him ever since while in her keep. But along time she had also discovered he enjoyed raisins, or dried fruits in general. In my time with him I had also discovered other things he likes, such as rose syrup in milk, olives and oranges - so you’ll have a variety of things to offer him when you feel guided to. For gifts he has a fondness for black crystals,so tourmaline or onyx will make a nice gift for him, while much like all Sphynxes shiny things will attract him enormously - in particular metals such as copper, gold or silver/plated items.🥹 He also likes spiced incense such as sandalwood, clover or cinnamon, and red coloured candles whether they’re scented or unscented.

As for on the go, he is a very strong spirit, as such, he can come and find you wherever you’re at should you need any help from him, and he is good to come with or without his vessel for any amount of distance or time.😊

Now that he is ready to move on, I am hoping he will get an equally kind and patient soul as his keeper, and a welcoming place to call home.🙏🏻

I am not sure if he will be remembering all of his story, nor how long will this take, as we could only do this much. But if you are a “blue child” things can go instant according to my granny Irina. And if he’s connected to you in any way, you might yourself remember things 🤷‍♀️

One thing that remains clear, is that he is here for a purpose, and with a story that has yet to be revealed. As for his strength, and devotion, that has always been there, so unquestionably, he will make an outstanding addition, even if a temporary one, like in our case.🙏🏻

Orbs of bright red and different shades of blue and silver colours

Gentle steps can be noted with him any time of the day, and sometimes evening

Quick shadows can be noted with him most of the time, with exception of new moon days for some reason

Breezes of air can be noted with him as he passed you by, accompanied by a soft, lovely scent of cinnamon

May move/slightly move his vessel

His vessel may reflect lots of light, especially when he’s at work on things ( including in times where there is little to no sunlight )

Sphynxes are usually known as some of the most chilled out creatures in the world of the Occult, and they enjoy bonding with their keepers by laying besides us. Phombum particularly loves to lay on high cabinets and stare at his keeper, but at times he might just stare or lay down by your bed side. He also “turns engine on” as I joke, because like living cats, he takes out a gentle purring sound that is adorable. This, when combined with seeing his cute form, melts your heart instantly!🥹

May affect electronics - especially when at work on things for you

May drink/finish his liquid offerings

May flicker lights/candles and use these in communication 

May appear in pictures with darker backgrounds 

Telepathic communications - to answer you, offer his assistance or to guide you

Visions - usually when he recalled any bit of information he will like to share it with you, especially if you’ve told him he is welcome to. But he can also update you on your goals in this way, especially after he’s done working on your things.

Successful manifestations of any goals/ intentions can be noted with him

Strong feelings of being safe, cared for and an important person in his life/existence can also be noted with him

He may show his full appearance in his own time. He is not taller than 80-90cm in height, but he is very chubby, in an adorable way. His face looks very upset all the time, but he is not, that is his only expression as he is very wrinkly and plump😆😍

He has very long, sharp ears, and a tiny little beard in white colour. This combined with his long while lashes and moustache, makes him resemble an old, shaolin master😆🤭His full body is blueish-gray in colour, while his eyes are large, round and gently emanates blue light, although they’re bright red in colour. He also has a beautiful gold collar with various symbols painted in black- which we both don’t understand 😂 They seem to be Egyptian, but also Greek or maybe a combination of both😅 I have never seen him take a more human form, but my granny did for split seconds at the beginning - though she left no notes on this other look, maybe because she didn’t see him for long enough to describe with certainty.🙏🏻
